Sponsorship Opportunities

T-SHIRT SPONSOR: $250.00 (premium – limited to 12 sponsorships)

This will be the first 12 paid sponsorships. T-Shirt Sponsors will be listed on the back of the shirt at the very top followed by the remaining T-Shirt sponsors. Memorial Ride T-Shirts will also be offered for sale at the event, which will take place at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center.

Note: PREMIUM T-Shirt sponsorship must be arranged and confirmed with ride organizers via E-Mail prior to donation, please contact us via our contact-us page!

T-SHIRT SPONSOR: $100.00

T-Shirt Sponsors will be listed on the back of the T-Shirt. Memorial Ride T-Shirts will also be offered for sale at the event, which will take place at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center.

SILVER SPONSOR: $100.00

Participants will be offered coffee, water, and breakfast pastries at the start of the ride during registration at Pittsburgh Shrine Center in Cheswick, PA. Silver Sponsors will be recognized on banner displayed during the event.

GOLD SPONSOR: $200.00

Ride participants, and members of the community will be welcomed at the event that will take place at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center in Cheswick, PA immediately following the Memorial Ride. This event will feature lunch, live entertainment, non-alcoholic beverages, and a cash bar. All Gold Sponsors will be recognized on banner displayed at the event and our social media.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $500.00

Platinum Sponsors will be recognized at the event that will take place at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center in Cheswick, PA immediately following the Memorial Ride. All Platinum Sponsors will be acknowledged during our announcements for their generous contributions and support as well as banner display, webpage, social media, and other publications.

BASKET SPONSOR

We will offer Chinese Auction Baskets that will be displayed during registration and at the event following the Ride at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center in Cheswick, PA. We are respectfully
asking for a basket donation from your business, which can include products as well as gift certificates/gift cards. Please provide a business card or brochure that can be displayed on your basket. Please have baskets ready for pick up prior to August 1, 2025.
